  17.      _c_d_d_b_c_v_t takes a database file in the old format used by pre-4.0.5
  18.      versions of cdplayer, and converts them to a CD database directory, as
  19.      used by CDman and later versions of cdplayer.

  21.      The optional argument _o_l_d_d_b_f_i_l_e is the name of the database file you wish
  22.      to convert. By default this is .cdplayerrc in the user's home directory.

  24.      The optional argument _n_e_w_d_b_d_i_r is the name of the directory in which to
  25.      put the new database files. The directory will be created if it does not
  26.      already exist. By default, this directory is .cddb in the user's home
  27.      directory. This argument may only be supplied if the _o_l_d_d_b_f_i_l_e argument
  28.      is also provided.

  30.      The new database need not be empty. If any converted database entries
  31.      match entries which already exist in the new database, the entries will
  32.      be left unmodified.
